Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about one of the trips you have on offer. The trip to London, which took place between 17.06 and 27.06 didn’t meet my expectations. The level of service was generally low. The terms and conditions in your advertisement were very promising while the reality proved otherwise.
   Firstly, instead of a single room with a bath I got a double roon without a bath. Secondly, I received only one hot meal a day instead of three. Thirdly, according to your offer, the price of a room was seven pounds a night while in fact I had to pay twice as much.
   Unfortunately, I also must complain about your travel guide, who was quite incompetent, didn’t know the city at all, was absent most of the time and usually came late. We didn’t visit most of the places advertised.
   Because of all these facts I strongly demand a 40 % refund of the costs. I hope that my case will be solved quickly and that I will not have to take any additional legal actions.
